Kompanys passing recently for the last 3 games has been dire, today he was a bit better but he switched off so many times and was running about like he didn't have a clue, he only made one or two really bad mistakes but against a much better opposition i think them little mistakes would of cost us

What? What games where you watching? I watched him zip passes half across the entire pitch with perfect precision the past few games.

I like Kompany as a CB much more than as a DMF, he did one mistake today but him and Onouha have been MUCH better than Dunne and Richards all season.

If Dunne comes back, then Richards has to be dropped.

At the moment I'd rather have Zab at RB, Dunnie and Ned at CB and Vinnie with De Jong infront of the back four (if Hughes is going to continue playing 2 DMs).

I'm not saying he's been awful, he's made some brilliant passes, overall last few games he hasn't been that good,

Newcastle - Gave it away 7/10 times, made 2 or 3 really good passes if that
Wigan - 3 good long direct balls, second half - gave it away on the floor at least 6 times
Stoke - first 15 minutes, 5 long balls and not a city player within 10 yards. second half alot better but nothing massive
Today - average passing, tackling superb as always

For Ireland the team Given and Dunne work well together. Given organises the defence and does a lot of talking to the back 4 which helps out Dunne a lot as he is not as vocal as other captains are in some teams.
