Here's a question, if they did buy Forest would they have the freedom to spend what they want to get to the Prem or in light of the new FFPR that the Championship have adopted would they be prevented; could they be banned from promotion?

Thats a hard one as The Premiership is a separate organisation to the Football League

Strange one isn't it, it could leave no room for manoveure for any lower tier club to get their shot.
