Seeing him get his body between ball and opposition and then them get bounced out the way is just incredibly satisfying every single time.

He must be so frustrating to play against. Has all the pace of a full back and the physique of a defensive midfielder. Just no getting past him.
 
His performance against Palace showed exactly why we paid a fortune for him , he bullies wingers and is fast as f*ck and covers all across the back four when needed , hope he sends photo of his title medal to Pinnochiotino at Spuds , with a caption "this is what you could have won ".
 
Defensively Exellent today. Id keep him in for Watford to do the same to Richarlison and then rest him in the FA Cup
 
He's rammed that price tag right down their throats.

Brilliant today. Didn't give them an inch. Good example actually of how to be physical without being dirty.

Doesn't always catch the eye like some of our team but he does turn in performance after performance at the same high level. Stood out today because the speed of Zaha tested him but he he came out on top.

Superb defensively today. His forward passing was quite average but he more than made up for it by totally nullifying Zaha. Every foot race, he bossed him. Forced them to switch their wingers and then Zaha cheats for the pen on the other flank. He would've tried to do that on the left, but Walker didn't give him the opportunity.
 
Defensively he’s just incredible, you feel as relaxed in one vs one situations as you did with Vinny at his peak and that’s as big a compliment as I can pay the lad. It’s a hazy memory but I can only remember the lad Bernard (I think) at Shahktar in the home game doing him once or twice all season.

Attacking wise he gives us so many options and appears to be far more positionally aware and intelligent in his choice of pass than I ever gave him credit for before he joined us.
 
He’s comfortably the best RB in the league, he completely shut Zaha out of the game yesterday. We don’t really see him overlap the wingers that much, though I’m assuming that’s by design so he can come infield?
