Still holding out for him,but I'm beginning to detect a few Kolarov flicks coming into his game, trying to be a fancy Dan,hope he is mentally prepared for the stick he will get Saturday as well

Has a great season until April bar one game or two, starting virtually every game = best right back in the league

Has a bad week finally after months and months of being top class= no longer good enough, over rated.

LOL

Thank you Easy for a sensible post. Obviously having watched City and football for nearly 50 years I accept that I can’t know half as much as the experts on here who I assume must just be waiting for the call from Pep or any other top manager to assist them.
Bloody hell thiugh the guy had given his all and had a great season. Sure he does have things that he can improve on - I can see that but what do you want to do- spend another £50 million on domeone who in 6 months time the know alls will be saying doesn’t score the 15 goals a season we expect from a full back.
After this last week I’m tired of all this negativity- by all means analyse but give a player s chance

Agreed. Has made a massive difference to our play after 2 seasons too many of Sagna and Zabba (love you Zab). Had a couple of wobbles and suddenly he's the new weakest link.

I wonder how some blues get around with their knees jerking left right and centre. The lad has been quality for us.

Exactly. He has been a great value. Much better than expected. He is soon 28 and will continue to improve.

Many have short memories. What he has done this season is astonishing. Can’t wait to see him lift the title. We saw how much it means to him in EFL cup. This will motivate him even further.

One consideration is that most of our players aren't used to performing at such high levels, especially over a full season.

I think that the experience of this season, and Pep's expectations, will stand Walker and the rest of the team in good stead for next year.

Why thank you.

You're very welcome !

Seriously though you made a point I hadn't considered and I think you are spot on. The players will be better conditioned to play at a higher level for longer after this season. It's a mental thing.

When you throw in that the team have achieved what they have with no specialist left back for most of the season and only one experienced striker the guys have truly done an amazing job.

Looking forward to next season being even better.

Exactly. They've come a long way in a short period of time, which can be quite exhausting.

It will hopefully provide the major building block for the next few years.

Fantastic fullback, with a winners mentality, who has given us a new dimension.

At 27 he's just entering his prime, and along with the rest of our squad this lad will continue to develop individually and as part of the collective. Its frightening to know we are still a work in progress.

Happy fucking days.

Absolutely over the moon with him,I think he’s been Shithot top top right back, enjoy the next few week KW you deserve it

In the same vein of thought, its probably a good thing in the long run that we had those 3 bad results all together in 1 week where it's really hurt the players rather than being spread out and the season just fading out and being seen as minor setbacks.

Feeling like they've had a setback, some parts of the media not giving them they respect they deserve, its only going to help do Pep's job of keeping them at the level they were for 9 of the last 10 months.
