So PSG are and aren't very close to signing Mbappe? Is it dependent on whether you open the box?

I can see the appeal for Mbappe in going to PSG so no qualms at all if that is the case. Would prefer him at City though

Like Bayern you mean?

They're not big boys anymore and certainly won't be in seasons to come. Time when they were being put in same category bracket as Barca and Madrid are over. They had a luck to have generation with several German players from their youth setup combined with brilliant winger duo that both are coming into age. Lahm and Xabi retired. You can't replace that just like that, Barcelona are already proving it and their academy is/was even better.

On top of that, Sane showed the way to young German players there is a life outside of Bayern Arena. And Kroos showed it for established players. They won't be able to attract all German best while paying them Tottenham's wage anymore. They will either adapt to spend what others are spending or they will be the biggest victims of new financial reality in European football. I hope they won't adapt, it's only English Rags that I hate more than German ones.

Well.

Atm its James Burt, BeinSports, Monaco (ITK) v L'equipe, Duncan Castles and other French Media.

Basically nobody has a clue and he's off to Madrid :D

It certainly looks as if we might have Monoco by the balls here. Especially with this talk about Khaldoon 'overly' worried about value. Txiki could come out of the window looking like a mastermind if he can bring in Mbappe for say £120 plus add ons.

Odd transfer this one.
