If he were in his prime, the move makes no sense. This way he risks little... same league, still in CL so no switch there... Home town, higher talent squad and higher service to showcase his talent given Monaco have lost so many and its world cup so it only makes sense. I thought a move to City was always a stretch and honestly was always leery of spending so much for... If a miracle happens and he raises a City jersey, I wont be sad though.
