La Liga 2014/15

Athletic Bilbao beating Madrid. YESS!!! chance for Barca to go top with a few games + Classico to go.. in their hands now! gotta be the favourites has the boys from Catalonia !

Ancelotti for the sack. Dead man walking.

No passion, tactical dinosaur, not marketable enough...

Just planning Marca's headlines for them

I think Madrid need to get rid of the Portuguese ponce to progress. He is like playing with 10 men when he doesn't score.

Like Gibbo said (Terry Gibson), they would be better of selling him for a huge amount of reinvesting. I think Bale would improve if he had more confidence from the team and management..

Bilbao played well but Real were so poor. Devoid of any ideas and tactically so naive.

Bale had a mare and it shows that pace is not necessarily required to break stubborn teams down.

I like Ancelotti but his calm management style was always going to work after what Madrid went through with Mourinho, a bit like us with Mancini and then moving on to Pellegrini.

The problem with calm management is players will get comfortable and maybe we are seeing this at Madrid this season and at City with Pellegrini this season, even Guillem Balague pre match hinted at the talk in Spain being about Madrid losing the iron fist that Mourinho brought.

Bar Milan Ancelotti has only stayed at clubs for two to three years as well.

It's a recipe for disaster alright.

It does appear from the outside as if Ancelotti is a bit of a lackey for Perez and the players letting them get away with murder - C.Ronaldo's birthday party in point he should of been dropped a stronger manager would of shown him a lesson no player is bigger than the club.

Carlo can't drop certain players because then the fans and media gets angry, and if he keeps them on and they lose then he gets blamed as well. He can't do much at Real. It's very hard to manage in such clubs especially if your squad is already weakened by injury. Tough situation for him.

They miss Modric big time. Were never a same team who won 20+ games in a row after he got injured.
