La Liga | 2024/25

Simeone's son playing looks like nepotism to me, he's shite.

Simeone just parking the bus now against a depleted Madrid and not doing it well either, no I don't want him at all.

Imagine our defence trying to defend a lead at the Bernabeu in a couple of weeks? We’d shit our pants.
They have so much firepower against citys leaky defence and midfield atm. Our so called full backs are going to have a really long day ,but should be capable of hurting them too. They are missing all their main defenders.

Maybe we should fuck off our defenders and just play attackers you just never know..

Diego Simeone a possible Pep replacement? when the time comes of course.
I hope not. I think Xabi is still a good shout, I would also love to see Vinnie back with us, but I'm not sure how much of that is just my own bias. He seems to be doing well at Bayern, I just honestly haven't watched enough of their matches to say.

1 shot on target in 90 minutes against that defence and that was a penalty, that's why Simeone hasn't won as much trophies as he should've, too passive and negative against the top teams.

Atletico are decent at getting the ball quickly to the box/final third but they fucked up multiple opportunities once there all match.

With their speed, Savinho and Doku could do some serious damage to that Real defence.

Ideally I would like a manager who speaks good English and can articulate his answers better than our previous three managers, including Pep. I think Pep gets frustrated when the snide media shills have a sly dig and then struggles to respond without it then being taken out of context.

Just on the news now

Spain's High Court has found the country's former football federation president Luis Rubiales guilty of sexual assault for kissing player Jenni Hermoso without her consent, following the 2023 World Cup Final, and fined him €10,000.

The court acquitted Rubiales of coercion.

Prosecutors had sought a prison sentence in a case that sparked a debate in Spain about sexism in women's football and wider Spanish society.

"The ruling bans Rubiales from going within a 200-metre radius of Hermoso and from communicating with her for one year," the court said in a statement.

He was charged with sexual assault for kissing Ms Hermoso on the mouth.

Rubiales, 47, was also accused of attempting to coerce her into saying the kiss, at the 2023 World Cup awards ceremony in Sydney, was consensual. He denied wrongdoing.

The court said that it had acquitted three co-defendants of coercion.

What a fun match the Barca vs Aleti for Copa.

PD: Every day that passes Alvarez shouldn't have been sell, even if it was a a great sum of money and worse not be replaced asap.
