Labour / Tory Party meltdown Referendum fallout

That might have happened if Boris, Gove or Leadsom won the leadership contest but now they'll all unite behind May.

And probably spend the next decade again fighting about what Brexit means and how they can get out of whatever May's cabinet negotiates. She has a horrible job uniting that party of hers, but good luck to her.

If the bbc news post it John McTernans mini breakdown has been hilarious.

On a side note the NEC have barred new registered members after feb 1st from voting and any new registrations will be £25 initial payment
'Socialist party' taking advantage of market forces...

Nice to hear that Corbyn will be on the ticket. Win for democracy.

But a loss for the Labour party, Corbyn is unelectable I am sad to say, in order to win you have to appeal to the broad mass of people not just your supporters, I am quite gutted that it's going to take a drubbing at the polls for them to realize it, with a decent leader they would be shooting at an open goal

If he wins, we'll see what a General Election brings. All the stuff about him being unelectable is from polling organisations, and hey, they've never been wrong.......

Oh, and I'm not a Labour voter. I've decided to speak on behalf of Rascal in his absence.

Exactly as I see it. Then again the Labour party do have history when it comes to unelectable leaders....

You are probably right, but I don't see Eagle as being any more electable!

What a sorry state of affairs, we will probably have a Tory government now for the foreseeable future!

Eagle is a puppet to bring him down. In the unlikely event that she wins, I don't see her fronting the Labour party at election time.

I honestly think that some members prefer being a protest movement rather than a party in power

LOL... Have you thought about using the expression "Corbynista"?

Or perhaps the phrase "left wing entyism"? Of course there's always the old standby" unelectable".

Or maybe, just maybe, you might stand back for a moment and see what's really happening.
