Aye and you got that wrong as well Jag boy

You have been well out of order, twisting things rasc did when he was a young man, and now he's disabled you continue to mock and abuse, whilst failing to back up your accusations- I'd say you have made yourself look a bit of a c**t and a bully on this thread, picking on so called weaknesses and mocking away, without giving any background to your political leanings, or even what you stand for - apparently not the poor or disabled.

No one can call you a hypocrite, as you haven't given your side of things, and certainly no mention of how you would help alleviate poverty, maybe because you don't care?

Show me what i have twisted anything i replied to facts as Rascal quoted
He started the abuse check the thread
What weaknesses have i picked on
I don't have political leanings i judge every issue on merit
I have backed up policies for the poor several times even Rascal said i was nearly a socialist to one post

If you want to defend him fair enough just get your facts right sunshine

the way you called him jagboy and a hypocrite will suffice for now - twisting his admission he would have continued to pay his taxes and was disappointed when they dropped, into some sort of hypocrisy for his life now as a disabled person (and much more as we can all see).

So you're a PAYE kind of guy who isn't concerned with the rich - talk the talk for the poor, Rasc approves, then you vote Tory, guaranteed to make the gap between rich and poor greater, and so make yourself and your peers poorer - brilliant joined up logic to action, you deserve everything the Tories do not give you.

Answer me this, were you better off standard of living wise under labour or the Tories?

No brainer for me, my life under Blair and Brown was immensely improved than under the Tories.

I am happy to debate with you or Rascal but the only thing that gets my goat is if someone doesn't read my posts and then just make things up, i expect a non reply to this point as that is what people do but anyhow please answer me this

Where in this thread did i state i vote tory, believe in the tories or even have any empathy with them? see my point

I called him jag boy because he owned a jag, he told me this

what would you call someone who states he wanted to pay more tax to help the needy but when it was reduced HE stated that he drove a jag and had 3 holidays, personally that is fine but if i was so principled i would have paid what i had saved to good causes, from the info given by him and i have nothing else to go off it reads that he wants people to pay more to the poor but unless the govt grabbed his money he didnt feel the need to do it and know he doesnt have the means to do it he expects others to do so

As i stated the problem with all of this is that globally the UK population is well off so if you are putting yourself up as a champion of the poor you better show some action on the subject

funny, he's on disability benefits now, and he stated he pays money towards a charity - in one of the recent posts on this thread.

you have twisted his words, admit it - he was happy to pay taxes to benefit the poor etc.. and was entitled to drive a car of his choice, and take as many holidays as he wanted, as a young man of 22 I would expect nothing less - and now he is older and even wiser, a different person - but you choose to attack him as a lad, and inaccurately at that.

What were you like at 22 eh? I was a fucking mixed up know all know nowt, and I would never have a go at a middle aged man for what he actually wasn't like as a kid, grasping at straws there, go for the man as he stands, or not at all.

he has stated a windfall would go to charity - like his late Aunt's £500k did - there you go.

BTW, a champion of the poor can live a good life too, it's all about bringing the quality of life of the lowest up, rather than the top down - but the money does have to come from those who can afford it without blinking.

Anyway, Rasc can look after himself, I just want you to know you have come across badly on this thread, and your fence sitting says a lot, you come across as a Tory or worse, UKIP, certainly not Labour.

Utterly predictable, you said i voted tory you have now changed that to i come across as tory or ukip so you fucked up

what his aunt did was irrellevant and is utterly pointless, you still wont answer why someone who claimed to be a socialist would spend money on cars and holidays and in his words waste the rest why wouldn't he give that money to the needy? he said he was a socialist at the time, you think i have come across badly on this thread, and who the hell are you?

I just think you are a fence sitter, who lives in his own world, big on how he really would help the needy when pressed, but attack everything the only party who can seriously help the disadvantaged do or say - so you would vote libdem or green - fat lot of real good that will do in the UK in the next twenty years.

If by now you can't see rasc is not a hypocrite, then I give up, sunshine, carry on digging, who I am is not important, and nor are you, apparently.

You have a very strange and very fucked up notion of what socialism actually is. Probably read far too many champagne socialist stories.

Why can you not grasp that Socialists and everyone have a right to spend there money as they see fit after they have paid there taxes? I would not expect any fellow Socialist to give away the fruits of there labour either. How can a Socialist ever make the country better if that were the case. A Socialist is quite prepared though to share the fruits of there Labour with others through reasonable and fair taxation. We expect each and every citizen of our nation to be looked after, kept safe, get educated and be kept in good health.

You appear to confuse Socialism thought with living on the breadline. Thats just so far removed from my thinking it is not true. Yes i want the State through taxation to help those who need help most. A just and fair society is after all only judged on how it treats its worst off members. But the notion that i should go to work and work hard, pay my taxes and not enjoy the fruits of my labour is so removed from Socialist ideals its almost laughable. Nobody in there right mind would ever advocate that.

I think your grasp of Socialist principle is so poor its sad.

You're.

keen to slag off socialists, but apparently have nothing to offer of any substance, is my point.

You said your income tax was reduced and you thought is was unfair and you wanted to pay more, if that is the case why didn't you pay the difference to charity or elsewhere, why do you need a govt to force you to do the right thing, if you cared so much and believed in your principles so much put your money where your mouth is

Instead you talk a good game, hence being an hypocrite

But again i say your knowledge of Socialist principles is so fucking limited its almost embarrassing. If it looks and talks like a right wing clown then its a right wing clown.
