I suspect they had no licence , no insurance, no helmets and the bike was not road legal
Report says they were on a motorbike. The problem isn't the machines, the police just don't seem to able/bothered to enforce the rules around their use. Another common menace is blokes weaving all over the place on quad bikes in bunches of 3 or 4, I'm sure they're the cause of many accidents in their wake.Given the increase in the use of e scooters etcetera, not just here but worldwide, these deaths will just keep on increasing. I've no idea what the answer is, a total ban on them?
Legalise them, regulate them, enforce traffic law and accept that sometimes accidents unfortunately happen.Given the increase in the use of e scooters etcetera, not just here but worldwide, these deaths will just keep on increasing. I've no idea what the answer is, a total ban on them?

Need to be dealt with like the mini moto's in the 80's.eScooters are ilegal on roads, yet the police do fuck all about them as they are seen as not important.
most teenagers/early 20s using em near me some are probably using them to deliver drugs, but you see workmen and others on them so they are now part of social norm.
Scramblers and mopeds are what the scrotes tear around in, and mither people
Bet they would of done anything for anyone as well, very kind hearted young people who gave their all to charityNice that the photos that were left amongst the flowers were charming ones of them not looking like chavs at all.
100% bang onTwo lads on a motorbike passed me on the M60 on the way to the match on Tuesday night. Neither had helmets, they were weaving in and out of traffic, presumably motorbike was stolen and they had no insurance or license. I've no sympathy with feral kids like this, endangering the lives of others. There should be zero fault attached to anyone else when they come off as they will.
If the milk of human kindness was calorie dense you would need a scooter for each cheek ;)They're everywhere. I see kids of about ten whizzing on the roads and pavements, no helmets, nothing. In Tenerife you can't move for the fucking things, left lying on pavements, pissed up.idiots whizzing everywhere, often two to a scooter. I hate them. Oh and the fat lazy fuckers on those scooters meant for disabled people but I they're obviously not, well except for their brains.
Anybody from North Manchester will know how busy the junction at the top of Rochdale road is (Near Tesco)
The little fuckers always going through the red lights doing wheelies with balaclava’s on.
It’s always on us car/van drivers to avoid a collision.
Little drug dealing bastards.
Karma will come to all of them but you’ll hear the families saying they were salt of the earth lads who wouldn’t hurt anyone once the worst has happened.
On to the next accident
