I can't, he's a decent enough one day player that's all.

It beggars belief that Lancashire prepare a green seamer, and then go into the game with two spinners neither of whom bowl a ball.

Where was Coughlin? A seam bowling all rounder who scored an unbeaten century in his last innings? If he's not injured I'm genuinely lost for words at his exclusion.

Lancs need some major changes at the top. Focus has been on Hotels and Conferencing etc… which I get from a financial sustainability standpoint- but things have gotten out of hand, there’s insufficient focus on Cricket. The team is screaming out for a quality coach and a decent middle order batsman but we just keep going for cheap options. What will we do when Jimmy packs it in? Promote someone from the under 15s most likely. If by some miracle Lancs did get promoted we’d come straight back down because in red ball cricket we are miles off where we need to be.

In total over both innings he faced 11 balls and scored 3 runs. I wonder how much he got paid for four supposed days work

City will play at home in 2 different seasons inbetween Lancs playing at OT in the CC.

Agreed. And those double headers are a decent day out. I don’t go anywhere near the 100 competition, but do attend some of those doubles as well as the Roses game
