where did you see that? from what I've seen there's been nothing announcement wise about how long it would take to recharge the capacitors. I saw one suggesting maybe 10 mins but it was an opinion piece.

Given our recent track record with state of the art weapons of war, eg our sooper dooper aircraft carriers with permanently bent prop shafts or the Ajax tank too loud to put into service I wouldn’t be surprised if I was right.
