Last 2 games - which was the best of the 13 goals

I have only seen video clips of both games - so here is my opinion.
Kevin's goal (the seventh) was best of that game.
Alvarez's second (the sixth) the best in that game.
But the best of the thirteen to my mind has to be Alvarez's -- started with the pass from Ortega and then KBD played an incredible through ball for Alvarez to chase. He dumped the defender on his backside, composed himself and unleashed a fearsome shot into the top of the net.

It’s all a bit of a blur but the Alvarez Goal was pretty sweet. Oh and the one that Earl headed in that came off the crossbar.

Erling’s goal was “Hollywood” for lack of a better term: time to see what was about to happen and fully appreciate the moment.

Almost seemed to be happening in slow motion live.

But my favourite of the 13 was definitely the Stefan-Kev-Julian goal. It’s the sort of goal that pulled most of us in to being obsessed with football in the first place.

Runs back onside, immediately heads ball back in to Kev, and then runs in on goal for the rebound, all in one action.

Tall, he might be, but I was right behind the goal and he strained every neck muscle to get up there.

It was majestic in every way.

The last one for Kev's ball through to Julián and that finish, but also loved Erling's second v Burnley for the quality of Phil's ball in and dink over keeper. Great to see Foden return to his best.

That initial header down to Kev is almost lost amongst the flurry of goals but it was a superb piece of athleticism, awareness and skill. To then be first to the rebound wasn’t too shabby either!

The pass from KdB to Alvarez was a thing of beauty but it was also against a demoralised tiring team. The second again Leipzig was all we hoped for from Haaland and no one else could have scored it - but actually the same could be said for the first against Burnley - and in both cases it broke the resolve of the defenders who had done well until that point - leading to everything that followed.

Alvarez composure for the goal that puts the defender on his arse (burnley) is a masterclass of how a true striker plays. But for me, watching live, the foden - haaland goal (2nd Goal against burnley) from another de bruyne through ball was sintalating stuff. Fast, decisive and clinical. Lovely.

Yup. The Kev pass down the line to Foden and then his cross to Erling - sheer perfection.

The "Ohh!" that went up for the crowd when they saw that KDB's pass was giving Alvarez a run on goal for number 6 v. Burnley. It was followed by the understanding that he had seen what was on before anyone watching him do it, genius in perception and execution.
