Cool thing about seeing these films at midnight is that the cinema is packed with genuine fans. I still get tingles thinking about the night I saw infinity war. There was only about 30 guys at the cinema but we all cheered and clapped when Thor arrived in Wakanda. Probably my best cinema experience seeing that movie at midnight.

Free Solo

Documentary of Alex Honnold's attempt to free solo climb El Capitan in Yosemite. Some of the footage is unbelievable.

Watched it last night having recorded it on Nat Geo channel.

Although you know the outcome I was watching parts of the free solo climb through my fingers.

Very interesting to see the results of his MRI brain scan and his low functioning amygdala - basically this guy doesn't process fear in the same way as the vast majority.

Mind you, if I were his girlfriend, now the film is done, I'd be putting in for a transfer.
