I can agree with the point of the director and some aspects of the plot, at most, but then following an opinion on the piece should be enough. Enough to peek interest so an individual might check it out themselves.I wasn't referring specifically to your review.

Sudden blackouts and entering buildings are really good for cuts. They, often, have to change location to get what they want, shot-wise.1917. Very good, kept me gripped. The only criticism I'd have is the lack of Germans in it. Must been about 5.
Very cleverly done, apparently there are about 34 cuts in it, but only spotted a hand full.
