Last Film You Saw

For those of you looking for a feel good movie with some funny moments should try the wedding singer if you haven’t seen it with Adam Sandler and drew Barrymore. Hadn’t seen it for 20 odd years but had a good laugh with the kids watching it -

his splitting up song had me crying with laughter

When Adam Sandler was actually funny. Great film

'The Ghost and Mrs Muir' (1947) - found the need to dab at my hardened cynical eyes at the end (must have been hay-fever) Don't make them like that any more, surprised the yanks haven't remade it with someone like Tom Hanks in the lead role - give it a go you philistines , can be found on Talking pictures Movie Channel.

Watched 'Lance' on BBC2 yesterday. To think i used worship the guy in the 2000's and couldnt ever believe he was a doper, what a piece of shit that guy is. Even in a documentary / film where he is attempting to justify / reason everything that happened, he comes across as an absolute arsehole who doesn't have any regrets. Happy to blame everyone else and has a lot of anger at getting caught rather than remorse for what he did and how he treated people. Utter prick of a man who fooled so many.

That's exactly why he was thrown to the wolves mate, the authorities and those within the sport knew for years and years but kept it hushed, until he pissed off too many of the wrong people thinking he was untouchable.

Not sure if it's a film but I had the absolute pleasure of watching a sport film/documentary bad boys on 30 for 30 series on bt. It's about the Detroit pistons basketball team in the 80's, they went from being a laughing stock to a team full of Diego Costas, utter shithousery at its finest. They were also winners and dealt with Michael Jordan amongst others, really good watch and I'm not a basketball fan.
