Last Film You Saw

"Lake Mungo"

This little known 2008 movie has a huge reputation amongst horror fans, some say it's the scariest film ever. I plonked down for the special edition blu ray that's just come out and was disappointed. It's a good film but not that scary for me. I watched it with my sister and she was really creeped out though. Proper shit her up. 6/10
I'd agree with a 6/10 rating. Like you say, hugely overrated, but a good watch if just the once.

Changeling

Director Clint Eastwood
This one slipped under my radar all these years I finally watched it and thought it was superb, Clint Eastwood is a brilliant directed and Angelina Jolie played a really good part.

8/10

Been watching some Hammer Horror again recently.

"Twins of Evil" Absolutely love this movie. Twin Playboy playmates and the fantastic Peter Cushing playing an absolute bastard. 9/10

"The Brides of Dracula" Another classic for me. 8/10

"Dracula Prince of Darkness" Christopher Lee returns as the Count. 8/10

"Dracula Has Risen from the Grave" Veornica Carlson was Lovely. 8/10

Wrath of man
2021
Director Guy Ritchie
A bit daft but enjoyable, the end was thoroughly predictable.
Wish Jason Statham would quit whispering.

6.5/10

Just watched First They Killed My Father for about the 5th time, for the first time I took my time to really view it properly, and all I can say is, the young girl they got to portray Loung Ung, Sreymoch Sareum, is magnificent.

There's not a lot of dialogue in the film, so you might want to have a quick brush up on the Khmer Rouge coup before watching it, but this young lady really captures the emotions of what must have been a traumatic and horrendous time in Loung's life.

Directed brilliantly by, and I kid you not, Angelina Jolie.

An absolutely brilliant film
