Last Film You Saw

One Shot. No, not a Claudio Bravo biopic but a dumb yet enjoyable B-movie actioner about a siege/assault by terrorists on a Guantanamo-style US detention base.
Well choreographed action which at least appears to have been filmed largely in one continuous tracking shot. This at times gives it the impression of being a live action video game, a bit like The Raid
Never going to trouble the awards ceremonies or the film school graduates but an enjoyably mindless way to pass 90 minutes.

Just watched "Belfast" in Sheffield (The Light, very comfy). Good to get back to weekly cinema-going again now masks aren't compulsory, and since there were only 6 other customers miles from me I felt comfortable with that.

"Belfast" is a wonderful film, a bit sentimental in parts but had me in bits. The dad explaining the troubles to his lad made me well up. "They aren't different, they just kick with their left foot" .

Best film I've seen since Jo Jo Rabbit, another masterpiece underpinned by a child star.

And I've never heard Van Morrison sound so good.

Just watched Apex with Bruce Willis, OMG what a complete load of absolute SHITE!!! - How Bruce got paid for that shite beggars belief, the last person I saw who was as shite as him and still getting paid was Mike Bushell for BBC 'sport' ffs. Sorry rant over!
Haha don't know what's going on with Bruce but on my IPTV box he seems have a new film released every month and each new release sounds like a lower budget version of the last. He's either broke or bored shitless.
