Watched The Father last night. 9/10
The music when they are running in slow mo gets me every time, I’m not religious but when he’s running at the end it’s very upliftingJust watched Chariots of Fire again for the umpteenth time, moves me every time. Honour, athleticism, endeavour, principle, patriotism, all there in the finest film about sports ever made.
Think I scored a bit higher than that but I know what you mean.Munich, The Edge Of War

Very average movie.
The concept behind this movie is good in that Germans speak German, and English speak English. However, the movie just does not seem to deliver. The script lacks substance, and really just covers a lot of cliched material.
4/10
Yes it's up there for me, I loved the dynamic between Di Caprio and Pitt. Hilarious.Probably my second favourite Tarantino film behind inglorious basterds
Watched that last night, not much depth, just a future spaceship shoot-em-up/pull on the heartstrings bit of fluff for the family (5/10). Only 103 minutes though, always a bonus. The Adam project. Netflix's new big budget film. Its a watchable yet instantly forgettable typical big money film. It will likely do very good numbers for netflix because its got the big names and the advertising. I suspect it will have a week or two in the spotlight then fade away never to be remembered.
Gorky park great filmRIP William Hurt. A great actor.
