Last Film You Saw

I really doubt it's an ile of shite. Robert Eggers is a brilliant director who knows how to make a top quality film, I expect this will be no different. The Lighthouse and The Witch were both superb.
Can't wait to see this. Both of his previous movies had an atmosphere you could taste, and made virtues of their relatively low budgets, conjuring expansive worlds from meagre resources.

It is shite. Loads walked out half way through. I would have joined them if Mrs HOTM had let me. She thought it was shite to. But getting good feedback on review sites... So each to their own ...

The 3 Billboards film.. watched it with my lads having told them it was a violent comedy. It wasn't as funny as I remembered, but it kept us all engaged.
A new one is coming out soon, The Banshees of Inisherin, I bet it'll be good

Shang shi and his 5 golden rings or something on Disney+. Once again Ive been duped into watching what Ive been told is a 'great' superhero film. It even had Ben Kingsley in a Liverpool scarf. Its shite. Along with Black Panther, Wonder Woman and all the rest that I was told was 'great'.

The Outfit 2022
An English Saville Row tailor working in Chicago in the late 1950's - the whole film takes place in his shop, you could be watching a play - but it's cleverly done, mobsters use the shop, a shooting happens and everyone tries to double cross everyone else (including the quiet tailor) - worth it if you want a change from the usual revenge movies......... 7/10
Sounds shit, but is actually quite good, cheers bud.

Escobar, paradise lost, story of a Canadian surfer that falls in love with Escobars niece and gets dragged into the Colombian drugs world. A good watch 7/10.
