Last Film You Saw

I don't really know nor am I a highly paid creative :) it should look like it requires some kind of effort though. Something should create the forward momentum - can't just stand still and then start floating forward with nothing changing

I suppose flapping arms would make one less confident in the supposed 'superhero'...

The Rock was heavily behind Black Adam getting to screen and had quite a large say in the movie. So he's as equally culpable as the writers, directors and editors, if not more.

I think 'The Rock' got caught up in the bullshit of Hollywood sanitising comic book villains, making them 'redemptive heros' rather than just who they were supposed to be as villains or 'anti heroes'. There can't be a redemption arc for everyone, otherwise what would be the point in any characters? And this was the problem of thinking every fan wants a 'Marvel' rendition.

He, quickly, tried to address that by promising a 'Black Adam' versus 'The Justice League' to get back into the good graces of DC fans. Too little, too late.

To me, it's really odd that Marvel/ Kevin Feige have started to come around to the old DC outlook of letting comic books be just as they were intended to be.
