The new Star Trek movie was damn good. This one strangely reminded me of the original series. Simon Pegg was obviously watching the Old Kirk & the Gang for reference.

Captain Phillips - As usual, Hanks is brilliant and some pretty tense moments, 9/10

The Walk - Very good, the wire walking scenes at the Twin Towers are actually quite nerve-wracking, 8/10

Kill Command - Could have been so much better, as it was it was a little like the bastard lovechild of a two bob Terminator and Alien. All in all a bit meh.

Agreed, utter shite - did they make two versions of Independence Day ? I saw one the other day without will smith in it.. I could be going mad though.
