Last Film You Saw

Kneecap. Their music isn't my cup of tea, and doesn't necessarily sit that comfortably with me some of their 'angles', even if designed to be deliberately provocative. However I thought the film was brilliant and a clever approach to telling the complicated story of modern Northern Ireland and the Irish language. Thought it was brilliant.

Me and my mate watched Smokey and The Bandit tonight. The 70s might have been the greatest decade in American cinema but they were still capable of turning out some right bollocks.

I don't watch many films, but a few weeks ago one was on TV that grabbed my attention about a tailor from London who moved to Chicago and got embroiled in the gangland scene.

I don't remember what it was called, and it had a good story line until the end, but I was racking my brain the whole time trying to work out where I had seen the English actor playing the tailor before.

I'd seen his face in something I've watched, but I have no idea what it could be.

License to kill, good bond film starring Timothy Walton and big City fan 10/10 great soundtrack as well
Watched it Friday night. Didn’t feel like a bond film 5/10 for that. Great Gladys night soundtrack agreed. 10/10 for Timothy Dalton being a City fan. My brothers mate once threw up over Timothy s dog kennel at a wedding.

Last decent film I watched was Doctor Sleep a few years ago. Anything Stephen King is generally awesome. When I was watching it, I did not really realise what I was watching (no spoilers).

The Outsiders. Not seen it since I was a teenager so I was half expecting it to not be as great as I remembered. But it was very good.

The film was called "The Outfit" and starred notable actor Mark Rylance ("Wolf Hall") and Johnny Flynn. It was indeed a very good thriller with many unexpected twists and turns.

D Tox. With Stallone. Used to think this was pretty good back then, underrated, harshly criticised. How wrong was I, it IS terrible.

Heretic. The new horror starring Hugh Grant. He's brilliant as usual, I think it's been hyped up a little too much, still a good watch, 7.5/10
