Very possibly. His style of writing is immersive- it’s all about being in a specific situation in a specific moment with barely any back story.Ah. Makes a lot of sense now.
Maybe if people rewatched "CW" alongside this, they'd see it differently?

Waiting for this to come to streaming, my home cinema will be singing.Warfare. 4/5
As someone said prior, has to be seen in the cinema to get the full impact. You are sat there in almost silence waiting for someone to ' pop a balloon ' .
Quite rightly it was utter crapInteresting take.
This sounds, very much, like the mirror of "Civil War" from a soldier's perspective, instead of a journalist's and yet "Civil War" got slated.
I am Sam. Sean Penn plays a mentally impaired guy who struggles to keep custody of his daughter, Dakota Fanning, with Michelle Pfeiffer as the lawyer, so bloody good, 8.5/10
Juror #2
Excellent, very good Clint.
Yes agree about the holes.Just watched this.
Good rather than brilliant for me. Couple of holes in the plot line that annoyed me a bit.
But enjoyable all the same. Decent film.
Always reminds me of the quote in Tropic Thunder which I shall not repeat here.I am Sam. Sean Penn plays a mentally impaired guy who struggles to keep custody of his daughter, Dakota Fanning, with Michelle Pfeiffer as the lawyer, so bloody good, 8.5/10
