I read somewhere that after he made his England debut, he took delivery of a brand new Bentley.

His Dad was distraught. His head has been well and truly turned and the lad thinks he is untouchable. I would never show my disappointment at the game. Thats the place for support. However I for one hope he is dropped as soon as Dunne returns moving Ned to right back.

Dropping him is going to go one of two ways - give him a much needed proverbial kick up the backside and make him show a bit of fight to get his place back, or destroy his confidence altogether. Will be interesting to see how things develop.

In all honesty I thought Ned would probably be injured by the time Dunne got back so Hughes would have been left with little option but to keep Richards in.

Nedum > Dunne > Richards.

I will be distraught if poor Onuoha gets overlooked after Dunne's ban.

Me too, think he's done a great job in Dunnes absence. Be interesting to see what happens though........Dunne and Ned at the back with Kompany and De Jong in midfield, Zab back to right back? Richards "rested".......

Frankly I would be disillusioned if this happend. Ned seems to be a model pro and his recent performances are a testament to his patience and character.
If he stays injury free he will definatly be an England regular in the future.

Do you expect him not to have a life outside of football.
I understand where you're coming from John, and of course he is entitled to a life outside football. I just believe he should think a bit more before he goes glamming it up as some kind of mega-celebrity and surrounding himself with fawning, sycophantic idiots when his day job isn't going too well at the moment.

He's a footballer first and foremost. When that's going well, he can do whatever he wants outside of it. When it's not, he'd be better off keeping a lower profile and knocking the cringeworthy "public appearances" on the head.

If things continue the way they are at the moment, he soon won't even be able to get a game in a mid-table Premier League side. He needs to realise this and get back to doing well what made him famous in the first place.

I think this is possibly the best option as Zabaleta's through ball attempts a bit shaky on Saturday. I just hope Dunne finds his form again.

the DJing has bugger all to do with his form, it started sliding well before he started thinking he was 'eyeball paul'.

roughly round the time alleged mobile phone footage of a 'roasting' session came to light.

Ive been to that club its full of kids in there dads suite's and the DJ was shit
