LAST NIGHT.....

Roast pork with crackling, Charlotte potatoes roasted in their skins, cauliflower,peas and gravy.
 
I had Bury Black pudding with a Honey & Mustard Sauce followed by Chicken Breast in a white wine sauce with potatoes and veg. Niiiiice.

I had a cheese meltdown pizza from Asda and added spinach, tomatoes, goats cheese and two eggs in the middle - like a florentine pizza.

Had Spanish Pork. (Pork, butter beans, chorizo, garlic, a red onion, tinned toms, thyme and chicken stock) served with bit of crusty bread. Was bloody good, if I say so myself........
