I've been going on and on about this for ages: Why do we not throw more orthodox crosses into the penalty area? City will win more corners and set plays than almost any other team and if we make 4 or 5 decent deliveries the percentages dictate that someone will be on the end of 1 of them. It pains me to say it, but this is exactly how United have been succeeding for years and Fergie has well and truly sussed it: I watched Rat Boy Neville in one particular game to study exactly why they get so much so called 'luck' in front of goal. I counted 6 crosses in the first half of the game. 2 he over hit 1 was scuffed, 2 were decent and 1 inch perfect on to the head of Bald Wayne and into the back of the net. Beckham made a living out of whacking long angled crosses on to Van Horseface's head, and people thought Beckham could play. So let's stop pissing about with short corners and ALWAYS trying to walk the ball into the net because it's just not possible ALL of the time. We score fewer headers than any other top team in yet we're better equipped to do so than anyone. All I'm saying is let's use every piece of weaponary we've got, and Dzeko and other will give us the returns.
