My oul aunt Jean has passed away. 93 dementia, battered by her husband so upped sticks and a new life with her children. Loved her drinking, gambling on the horses, dogs, lottery. Swore like a trooper and a legend. Shes last of our generation. I'm 8 pints of stout deep in Northern Ireland might be a long few days

Sorry for your loss 93 is some age she would have been like 13 at the end of WW2 and seen the world change rapidly over the years. What stout you on?

What a brave woman to leave a (bully) husband some 65-70 years ago.
Good on her for making a good life with brilliant kids, grandkids
