I kinda like dw7...unintentionally funny.

I got in about an hour before kick-off and could straight away see that alot of the tickets had gone to the wrong people

not being sexist or anything, but I dont think middle aged women wearing suspiciously clean scarves are our usual travelling support.

Thank god for that small group of 20 regulars who go everywhere that showed up 20 minutes before the game

but not many away games have sold out fully this season so all the ones that go say 1/1.5k regulars should of been there

Yes 3000 compared to 1500 at Newcastle and less at Boro, and the 1500 at Chelsea were half Cockneys, Irish or other tourists.

The 'hardcore' is about 500.

20 regulars - your having a laugh aren't you? There may have been a few that have used mates season tickets or got tickets via people signed up to supporter club branches but most of the people around me were the regulars away in the league and those I have seen abroad.

More to do with the performance being tepid & dispassionate I think.

It's a derby though mate isn't it - the one game of the season where we shouldn't have to wait for the team to get us going.

I'd never blame the fans, especially the away day ones. The players showed nothing today, that's why many fans didn't really get up for it either.
That's not true, the players did try but it was one of those days whan fuck all went our way.
As for the fans well we had an off day as well & it's not even close as bad as some i've been to.
