Latest Fad or Hobby

I'll come on a bluemoon fishing trip, but make it in summer I can't be arsed with the cold.

ive had loads of hobbies or fads but the one im really enjoying at the moment is garden gate collecting,on the last Thursday of every month we gather at an organised location to parade our "gates of the month",the best gate receiving the golden Rosette...its a fabulous evening fillied with laffs and good banter...

do you mean your a gate pincher do you weigh them in

just bought a load of canvases[large]for painting,dirt cheep from a poundsaver type place,not painted for years,need to motivate myself to start-got an idea,will be raising a thread on this,need help.

Ime o a bit of a keep fit campaign,bit of jogging and spinning,all so that i can have a few drinks at night!! Defeats the object really.

One of my hobbies is woodcarving have got loads of chisels even electric chisel but just dont seem to have the time to do it

course fishing ( mainly bridgewater canal and local fisheries)
football (play for a team, training wednesday matches sunday)
cricket(play for a team in the better weather)
gym(just started really)

Golf (as above)
Motorcycling (sold the last one last autumn, too dangerous now I have kids to feed)
Fishing (still doing it, when its warm)
Now interested in Metal Detecting (see seperate thread)

Really into amateur astronomy. Can get a bit expensive and is also very dependent on having clear skies obviously. So probably not a popular hobby around Manchester :)
