Judging by Valencias turnout last night I´d say they´ve given up on it - you think we´re bad with 26k they couldn´t have had more than 10

Officially 15k exactly - sounds made up - defo less every stand was empty

point taken, but he reads the local press ,talks to other fans, just the same as most of us, he quoted a figure of 235million euros which sounds to me like they are deep financial shit

as i said time will tell & hope he ends up playing for us

Well i'll believe it when i see it .... the last i heard David Villa wasn't willing to leave his club for any other ...... he seemed pretty adamant about it to me , unless money has spoken to great effect.

But this club have an habit of coming up with signings that HAVEN'T been spoken about beforehand , such as Samaras ....... so all we can do is wait and see with this Villa situation ...... he could be one of these 'special' players who 'thinks of his club' before himself and wants Valencia to profit from his sale bigtime , but how likely is it???

He said he's happy to stay unless the club want to sell him, which might be an option!

He loves Vanencia, but they need the money, so he will come here as long as we offer him good money and show our ambition. If sources are to be believed anyway.

I'm sure the Valencia president would seriously think about it if we offered them £60m in cold hard cash,and i'm sure mr Villa wouldnt turn down £160k a week.

We have a few spanish speakers at the club already(Zabaleta,Garrido,Caicedo,Robinho) and his mates Torres,Alonso,Arbeloa and Reina all live up the road and would make him feel welcome.
