Just back after City's season is completely kaput, but obvs safely in time for the Euros.

Call me a cynic but the England and international games are players priority over their club in Women's footy.

After the game some players came to sign autographs for what should have been 10 minutes. You could tell there were players that weren't arsed, missing huge groups of kids out so they could get to the end quicker (I won't mention any names), however Hemp was brilliant.

Stopped for everyone, signed everything that was put in front of her. Had pictures with people. Did video messages for people. She stayed beyond the 10 minutes. A great role model

I love her. Brilliant but not surprising to read that.

Hemp was ace. Signed my shirt and happily obliged having a picture. Yui, Gracie, Yama and Wienroither deserve mentions too. All stayed out long after the liaisons tried to usher them back inside

I didn’t see any player rushing to get through fans or not making the effort but maybe that was on the other side

Apparently Viv and Kerstin were great too

The two that I noticed missing out huge groups of kids to get to the end quicker aren't in the names you've mentioned. One of them in particular was asked by a kid, "can I have a picture?" And she replied, "Quick!" There was still about 5 minutes left at that point on the countdown. She then went in. Another, leader shall we say, walked halfway up the line, stopped and turned back to go in. Again there was still plenty of time on the countdown.

Hemp completely the opposite of that. A proper role model.

Fair enough mate. I did see Greenwood turn round and start to go back but she did have a little child with her although she turned round to the fans and promised she’d come back, which she did do.

It’s a shame to hear some players weren’t as enthusiastic as the others

Was there a timer in the big screen? I never seen that at the time and I was wondering how “short” the advertised short signing session would be

Yeah mate, 10 minute timer was on the big screen counting down.

A few players stayed back well after the timer - Hemp and Yui being two that did. Hasegawa bless her was trying to sign and take pictures while carrying her trophy. She was also patient while I was messing with my phone trying to work out how to get into camera mode haha (I've got a new phone)!

Ahh okay.

Yeah Yui was great and also signed my shirt and had a picture. Gem of a player and person
