a draw
The Spurs fan hasn't done it so i thought i'd provide Lawro's pearls of wisdom instead....

A biggie at Anfield.

Everyone now knows that Liverpool's away form has been better than their home form and they were excellent in winning at Chelsea last weekend.

I would play the same against City, invite them on to you and try and hit them on the break with pace. Liverpool are more than capable if everyone is fit of picking them off.

City lost in Naples but they have so many players that Roberto Mancini will be able to field his best XI, and he should find a place for Sergio Aguero.

Aguero is a top, top player and can cause all manners of problems.

It has all the makings of a draw - which is par for the course for Liverpool at home these days
Prediction: 1-1

oh aguero is a top, top player.

is silva a top, top, top player?

and messi a top, top, top, top player?

fuck taking a draw, last years mentality

Attack and constant pressure and the dippers will crack.

1-3 for me

Can't see Liverpool sitting back though, not at home. They'll want to try and show us how strong they (supposedly) are so could play right into our counter attack. Could be completely wrong mind.

A draw at Anfield is a good result. I'd take that now on the back of defeat in Naples

I'd also like City to not go everywhere and attack. That will play into Liverpool's hands

this is what i think they'll come at us and we'll sit back and pick them off we have the players to do that and we'll get chances as swaansea sunderland and norwich proved

Liverpool will repeat what they did at Chelsea with their forwards and midfield flying for the first hour. They will close our back 4 down and prevent us from passing it out from defence. We need to sit tight and wait until they tire before picking them off as the game opens up.
