Lawro's Prediction for QPR v Manchester City

QPR are fucking woeful, Chelsea outplayed them with nine men, can't see anything other than a City win by 3 or 4 goals.
Spot on mate, they should have actually won the game but for some abject finishing. QPR carry very little threat up front and they have Shaun playing on the left which has never suited his game, also from what I have seen of Barton he just stays wide right and takes very little part in the actual play.

If Dzeko and Aguero play upfront I'll be surprised if they dont get a brace a piece, then again if Davids out we may not create much, all depends on Davids situation. Should have enough to win at least.

If we are professional and awake from the off we should be ok.A lot of games we seem to start slowly and lethargic for the first 30 minutes or so.

At the moment we are the team everyone wants to knock of our pedestal so we have to accept the team our spies watched a couple of weeks prior might play 50% better than when they play us and be prepared for that.

Joe Royle highlighted that problem when we were in the second division. He would watch a team play and they were utter garbage in front of 4 thousand fans.City would turn up next week and the place would be packed to the rafters and they played like men possesed.

At some point we will probably lose and it will be in a game everyone least expects.I remember when Liverpool were trampling all over everybody they always lost a couple of 'bankers.' everyone thought they would walk.If i remember rightly Leicester City always seemed to be a bit of a bogy team for them.

Do our job right and class should tell.

the record is bound to go sooner or later

but I don't think this is the game

3 - 1 City
