There is NONE ! Part of our poor results and performances on the field directly affected by a total lack LEADERSHIP on the pitch . Not only have we lost a world class DM through Rodri being injured we also lost our leader . No one not one single player has taken up that responsibility this season .

It runs deeper than that, but is also part of the problem as well ..

100% , you only have to see it when we concede everyone's heads drops

Suspect it's more to do with having one too many players who want to move on. Players have won everything and Bernardo Silva is the case in point. For years he's wanted out but if a player does want to move on, are we going to get the best out of them?

There isn't any. We concede a goal and it's heads down and damage limitation. Dias and Rodri are the main guys and you lose them and you lose everything.

When we got Dias in, we had a mentality change in the dressing room almost immediately. Rodri grew into that position and on the pitch and in the dressing room, it seems he is also one of the most vocal. We've a lot of players that just lead by example, but when they are playing so poor we need that extra guy who can pull people. If we are getting this guy from Porto in, he HAS to have a big personality immediately like Ruben did. He needs to get in the changing room and not be afraid, because at the moment we are losing/drawing games on mentality where we're giving up.

We showed a strong mentality at 0-1 but collapsed at 1-2. City need a young side without obvious flaws. I think self-belief is key. That means the players look around the side and know that in each position there is a strong player.

The fact Walker was made captain aswell also was mystifying look how that turned out . Real strange situation as the fantastic teams we have had in the past in the Mancini, Pellegrini and Guardiola eras have all had an abundance of strong leaders .

Walker was a top leader for us until his game went. I am not interested in his off-field activities. I like Rico. He is a very young player but tries to take responsibility on the pitch.
