i actually bumped into a firm of Millwall in central London on the morning of the match. Maybe 50 of them but they were out.

Yes I reckon there would have been a few here and there looking to ambush the odd few Blues. I think there was quite a bit of bad blood between us at the time. The problem with a game like that is we had a good 44,000 fans down there and while not all were fighters, they would have to have picked their battles carefully not to have come unstuck.

That's the thing I can't get my head around. Any of them who haven't been to see Villa play five times is hardly a fan, more an armchair glory hunter wanting a day out at Wembley.

They posted tonight that if you haven’t received them by tomorrow morning they were going to be reallocated to Aston Villa’s ticket office for them to sell.

Just rang Supporter Services. They said that the upper level tickets had started to be dispatched today, and that I SHOULD have the ticket by thursday.

Were level 1 and they came last Friday!

I know. It's been mentioned on here quite a few times now that the level 1 tickets were being dispatched last week, I said the upper level tickets.

Probably been posted elsewhere but I think City put something on Twitter saying they are being posted and if you don't have them by Thurs post then ring the club.

It’s incredible that the ticket office sit on the tickets for weeks, and then send them out in the week of the match and advise they SHOULD arrive by Thursday. It fucking worries me that we are hopefully going to smash the fuck out of uefa with our expertise, yet we can’t manage to arrange a sensible ticket allocation. Typical City lives on, sorry Gary

People make these exact comments every season and in each of those seasons 99.9% of fans get their tickets in time.
