Rooney brought contemptible, cheating behaviour to a new level and has been at it, almost uncontested for years. It's why GPC holds him in such high regard, even after Rooney threatened to shit on the rags over his pay rise and reduced GPC to a quivering, on the brink shitcake in front of the cameras GPC still speaks highly of him.
