It's either, "ooh rooney just couldn't grow enough " or, "the ball ran away from him there ". What that translates to is that he mis timed his jump and his first touch was shit.
It's being suggested in some quarters that he should be knighted. He's scum, on and off the pitch. Overrated scum.
