Least Points with Wembley ticket?

As the title says what's the least points anyone has (or knows of) with a semi-final ticket. I'll start erm 360.

Shedloads with no points whatsoever.

But what's your point?

SC holders with lots of points have two choices if they don't want to go to the game themselves:

1) Not apply + allow someone lower down points ranking access to a ticket.
2) Get a ticket + give it to whoever they want (even if that person is not a SC holder).

The "politically correct" view on Bluemoon is that everyone should be choosing option (1) but I think this is a bit unrealistic.
Blood is thicker than water, and as long as most of these tickets go to City fans I think we have to "live and let live".
