Blackpool have announce their academy manager is leaving for a new job.
Carsley's replacement?
Not the big name some are suggesting but maybe the club are going for someone with experience of bringing through the kids?

According to Fleetwood Town's Twitter feed Ciaran Donnelly will be joining them. I suspect Pep will want to replace Carsley with someone he knows and trusts 100%. Are there any former Barça or Bayern Munich coaches available at this moment?
