Lee Clark sacked by Huddersfield

Re: Lee Clark sacked - unbelieveable!

Can't get my head around this at all. 4th place in League 1, He presided over the longest unbeaten run in the club's history, which saw them go 43 regular season matches without defeat - a Football League record - before a 2-0 loss to Charlton in November.

At the risk of being called a name dropper, I was fortunate to be invited into his office after their recent game v Brentford with my lad James (invited by Uwe btw) Lee was great, understandably buoyant by their win of course, but he and his back room team could not have been more welcoming. So we sat around for an hour or so chatting football, and what was really interesting was talking about Jordan Rhodes (their goal machine) and about the hard work the HTFC coaching team put into improving him. Uwe and his assistant Peter agreed and could see the difference in his play. He clearly loved his job and was doing great

Can't believe some club Chairmen, btw Mark Bhuna Lillis is in charge now. Just a thought, they could do worse than going for Uwe for the job - he's a really top man and going to make a good manager IMO

Name dropper!!
It looks very iffy though.
