Leeds have started there season well but they are a promoted team and with the players we have we should win this no problem. Hope foden can get another start. Be interesting to see if Diaz can start also.

I think one or two people aren't giving Leeds enough credit on here , they are a good side playing some great football , they are playing with confidence ... and they have won two of the three league games they have played so far.

This is a fascinating game to even try to predict ....

Leeds put dangerous balls/crosses into the box , just as they did at Sheffield United the other day, and if we replicate half the fuck ups that we have so far managed this season, they could well punish us .... if i was Pep i'd have Dias and Laporte in central defence in this game, however i'm not Pep and he'll probably go for other options , but Leeds are a threat both on the ground , and in the air , we will understimate them at our peril.

The plusses for us are that Harrison won't be there (because he's been a star for them so far) , the passionate home fans won't be there, and like ourselves so far, Leeds haven't looked great at the back ... so if we approach and play it right, then yes , we CAN definitely win!

Some of those trips to Leeds back then were a bit 'hair-raising' to say the least , as was dodgin the hooligans and the bricks on the three mile 'gauntlet runs' back to the station afterwards!

As you can see, I don’t post that much on here but I’ve got to say my memories of Elland Rd are different. I recall circa 85 around 20-25 City (YGs) standing their ground against a much bigger Leeds outfit before running them around the ground. As it was in those days lots of bravado, very few slaps, but loads of young/middle aged guys looking for trouble. Wish we were going tomorro.

I had one mate who left the escort near the ground to go to a burger van before the game , after i'd warned him not to .... he never got to eat his burger, or see the match , due to a heavy plank of wood crashing down on his head from behind, curtesy of a Leeds yob!

Similar over confidence and disrespect that occurred before the Leicester game,oh we‘ll hammer them game done by halftime,Leeds deserv to be where they are earned the right to be in premier league it’s going to be a very tough game,but I still expect us to have too much for them,but not let’s get like the rags and red scousers just needing to turn up regardles,we are better than that .

Yeah , i wish i was going too .. i always liked going to Leeds even though it was never the best ground to visit .... they kept us back in the ground on some occasions , but the worst times were in the 70's when they let us out immediately after the game with the many thousands of Leeds fans, and the coppers in those days usually were far and few between!
