The football administrators should throw the book at Leeds about this. Too many of their fans are total scum. A fine isn't enough. They should be made forfeit the game' and dock them at least ten points and they should be made to play to empty stadiums for the rest of the season. They make football fans look like thugs and twats every time something like this happens. But these sanctions would more or less guarantee that no Leeds scummer would ever do anything like that again. I'm surprised it didn't kick off big time between the opposing fans.

He will get done obviously but Leeds will probably get a minor fine for fans rushing the pitch.

Someone needs to explain to me how fining a club or country would stop people from causing trouble. Lazio fans got fined 30,000 for causing trouble vs Spurs, 90% of those Lazio fans won't even know about the fine and the other 10% just won't care as it is the club who will pay it. Fans need to be punished for own doing e.g. banning clubs from having Home or Away support or in some cases both.
