I now live between Leeds & Bradford everybody on my street supports the Scum of Trafford, even the guy at the local take away is scum, as are the 2 shopkeepers in the 2 local shops nearby.

They fucking hate me as I refuse to acknowledge them as anything but sad, desperate glory hunters, the funny thing is they don't like anything from "the red rose county", even though I always remind them how close the swamp is to Lancashire County Cricket ground.

I wear my City shirt as often as I can just to wind them up.

My next door neighbour has a Scum shirt, a Real Madrid shirt, a Juventus shirt and an LA Galaxy shirt, he can't even look me in the eye any more.

Last time Lancashire had a 50 over game at Headingley I saw some young men in red football shirts chanting yaaarsshiire. Can't get my head around it.

It's the same with the rugby, they're either Bradford Bulls or Leeds Rhinos supporters but when it comes to footy they're strictly Scum.

I really doubt they understand what irony is,
anyway blue shirt on,
check,
smug face on,
check,
Off to the shop for some cigs.

I don't mind Leeds.

They bring a good crew with them and they make some noise.

Rather have them in the prem than the likes of Stoke.

were you around in 1977 and 1978?

Ask your Dad if not...............they are still the same.

Everyone was a fuckwit then.

Including me.

I have come across some Bradford Bulls who support the scum but no rag loving Rhinos.

It surprises me that Leeds home support is poor . For a 1 team City they should be getting at least 30,000 fans . Its no wonder the club is going down the drain and nobody wants to invest in them .

I used to work in a place called Morley, out of the 80 odd lads who worked there, there was about 5 or 6 Leeds fans,me and a Huddersfield fan,all the rest were rags.

Media guru James Brown is calling for Brian McDermott to be sacked but I don't think he's the problem here. Leeds have recent history of being run by idiots.

...and supported by them too.
There are very few clubs I would wish hard times on, but this shower are one of them.
Folk claim they are a 'big' club - they get 20 odd thousand for home games playing in a large city where they are the only team in town.
They have found their true level - I don't want to se them back in the Premiership now or ever.
Other teams who have fallen from grace such as Nottingham Forest or Wolves deserve far more sympathy than Leeds.

Personally I feel more sorry for Coventry than any other club these days. They dont even have a stadium, going the way of Wimbledon

That's a good shout, although Darwin's Law of Natural Selection suggests that there was only ever going to be a place in the footballing food chain for one club playing in that colour.

So that's why they changed their kit to brown ;-)

Another shit crowd at Bellend Road last night . 17.000 turned up last night for this match . I remember when we were as shite as Leeds, and we were getting better crowds than that . I look at Bradford City and i think there better supported than Leeds .

When we played them in the cup a couple of years back I saw one goon wearing a Burberry cap and matching shirt.

For that reasonable alone they should never get back in the premier.
