We've lost 4 already,with many more to come,Arsenal wont lose 4 all season.
Dont think we'll be near for a long time,
And not sure if Pep can turn it round either.

I think we'll lose 8 or 9 games this season.

Arsenal will lose some too. They have a fragile mentality and a club hubris that bites them on the arse, along with the Chavs and the other usual suspects. A relatively low points tally will win the title this year. A mix of players and squads that have played 5 years football with no decent rest and team closing up on each other.

This PL season may well be the most exciting for the neutral since our first title.

Nah. Its really shit. The fact that all teams now do it doesn't make it right. BBC wankers for trying to use it to make it look like its just us doing it though, or our fault.......but its a shit practice, hate it when teams do it to us. It needs to disappear from the game.

You are not to change feigning injury whilst it gives an advantage. Adding the time onto the end negates the time wasting advantage but probably helps in this instance because it gives more time to implement the changes, hence the 10 minutes added time. On the face of it though attempting to reduce the playing time cannot be allowed, you are short-changing the audience and distorting a sporting outcome. Using it change tactics is no different to the time-out option operating in US sports.

tbh after watching it again and looking at the stats there's lots too be positive about. We dominated that first half and played some really good stuff and it felt like the team were buzzing.

The 2nd half was mistake after mistake. Nunes and Guardiol both had brain farts and we got to stop those critical mistakes. Im not even sure what our strongest defence at the moment and that should be a given in a team going for the title.

There's time to play ourselves into the season though.

Got to be honest enjoyed second half much more than first, first half was like a stroll in the park both sets of fans quiet. Second half some shite refereeing and Leeds getting level woke both sets of fans up and we won.

We are simply unable to sustain any kind of tempo for 30 mins never mind 90. It’s absolutely disgusting the lack of physicality and fitness.

January has to be about trimming the squad, we have so much dross, we could easily raise 100m + and clear the way for new talent.

I’ll oblige. Nunes has been class all season. Yes he fucked up today but I think he’s been one of the few players this season who has been quality in virtually every game.
He provided a good assist today and he’s improving to the point where I’m happy he’s our first choice right back.

Seriously, how low have our standards dropped.

He’s abysmal, the minutes he’s asked to defend he collapses. Not his fault really, he shouldn’t be anywhere near a team of our level.

Foden got us the win today. Don't think anyone else played remotely well. Pep needs to get that edge back as the players are running in treacle atm.

Generally agree. But thought Bernie put in a good shift. Unfortunately we lack the quality we have had for so many years. The signing we have made are nowhere near what we have lost.

Get out of jail. Papers over the cracks, losing every 50/50 is appalling. At 2 nil against Leeds you should be able to see it out not let them back in and require a late winner in panic stations.

Some of these players don’t have the right mentality for Pep Man City team. They’d be better playing for spurs.

Mentality and basics need to improve big time.

3 points is the 3 points but it’s worrying with how we just capitulate when we concede one.

1. pep made 10 changes midweek which cost us the game. 2. Newcastle - we never took our chances and were denied a stone wall penalty. 3. Today's 2nd half was very worrying.
