Against far easier teams. We knew the run Palace had coming up, and the one they had just finished. Vieira would have had the same upturn, or better.

Moonbeam could have came in and had an upturn based on fixtures.

Well that’s speculation that we will never know the answer to.

What we do know for a fact is that they failed to score more than once in a game under Vierra this year and were in big trouble. Whereas now, they’re on 40 points and guaranteed staying up.
 
I really thought we had seen the end of managers like Hodgson, Dyche and Allardyce being given Premier League jobs but apparently not. Hope Leeds go down if they do appoint him.

To be fair though most foreign managers fail too at these clubs at the bottom end of the table. If you compare records there isn't much in it
