left back against arsenal

Zabaleta and Savic right back if Micah not fit, think Savic had a good game against Bayern so not too unhappy with that. just need to stop RVP in his tracks - they don't have any other players that will cause any problems

Me thinks Savic? Oh dear lord :(

if this is a crtitcism of savic , you are totally wrong , he played excellent against munich and had olic a top quality winger in his back pocket , he a young player learning the game , he doesnt need your negativity.

I think 45% years has just outed Kolo as a BM member.

If Micah cannot make it, why not move Lescott to left back with Kolo Toure in central defence alongside Vinnie? Kolo played a blinder at Arsenal the other week and should be really up for it. Also, if he gets injured, its not the end of our world as he would only miss the Africa Cup of Nations. If Savic plays and gets injured instead, we may be struggling for defensive back-up next month.

Did you see Kolo against Norwich? [shudder]

When i saw Zaba was going to play v Bale i was worried as Bale can actually play the game. Zaba had him all game bar that one pinged cross.

Zaba will deal with Walcott, no doubt in my mind.

I think this game will need NDJ though, just to stem the flow of them going forward. Stop the ball to RvP and you stop Arsenal.

Walcott is massively over-rated and appears to have been going to the Suarez school of diving when ive watched him recently, we'll have the measure of Song. And I hate to admit it but Gervinho has been a lot better than i thought he was :)

Serious question - Is Gervinho up to much? Admittedly, I haven't seen much of you this season.

Looking forward to Sunday, should be a good game (assuming I'm still standing after a 72 hour bender :-))).

Oh, in response to the OP - Richards will be fit, so Zaba at left back.

Gervinho is erractic and inconsistant. On his day he can cause chaos though. You don't know what to expect with him really. I would still class him as a potential danger especially with your full back problem
