let's say hughes doesnt sign a new left back in the summer.
who would you rather have playing ?
bridge or garrido, maybe even barry at left back ?
bridge is good going forward but when he gets near the box he can't put a decent ball in to save his life, i find he's poor at the back aswell.
i'd rather play garrido, find he has better quality in delivery. maybe he isnt the fastest but i feel alot safer when he is at left back than bridge.

fact is though that Barry will afford whoever plays there more protection. and I think Bridge is fine.

People saying we need a right back, left back is priority, we bought a 2nd choice Chelsea left back, who is clumsy as fuck and can't defend. Do a couple of stepovers in front of Bridge and he doesn't know what day it is.

garrido's such an effin nusance when he plays left back. hes always out of position and he cant keep up with any1. bridge is a bit dodgy but i do think we need a left back . ashley cole. clichy, abidal, marcelo, aurelio, etc etc etc.

Lets be honest Garrido and Ball will never play in a blue shirt again which pleases me alot as i can not stand them. I will always thank Ball for standing on that little fancy prick mind. Bridge is alot better than these 2 id like to see him with a Hughes german training camp and pre season under his belt, he seems like he runs so far up the pitch he struggles to get back and defend. I think its a pyshical and mental problem with Wayne not an ability one. I dont believe there are many world class left backs in the world we could buy anyway.

Can I ask you a question what is wrong with bridge?
He is a english international and has only just come to the football club he has had injurys while he has been at the club and he has only just got rid of the injury about 4games ago he said. so can we all just support him and get behind the team ffs.
