I watched it for myself mate & it seemed pretty clear what was meant. I get the confusion if people are trying to decipher what was asked & what Pep replied based on someone else's interpretation from a tweet.
It's similar to when I changed my mind on whether Bernardo wanted to leave City. For the past 12 months many BM ITK's have been clear that Silva was over his problems & happy to stay in Manchester.
However, when I saw Bernardo's post match interview after the Club America pre-season match, it was pretty darn clear to me that Bernardo wanted to leave, but he's happy in Manchester & if he doesn't get his transfer he'll respect the club & fans & still give 100 whilst he's at the club%.
If you read the reports it could be interpreted as "I'm happy in Manchester & will give 100% for the club & the fans". However the actual interview & his body language said something different altogether.
This confusion continued until Bernardo reinforced his "I'm not sure about my City future & the club knows what I want, but I'll continue to give 100% until the situation changes" in the subsequent ESPN interview 2 days ago.
Right now I doubt there's much doubt left that Bernardo wants out, but will give 100% whilst still a City player.
